- Final deadline for artwork, logos and profile copy due from exhibitors and sponsors

- List of participating schools and exhibitors sent to local high schools
- Last day to cancel with 50% refund/credit (minus processing fees). No refunds or credits after this date.
September 30, 2011
- Deadline for submission of marketing materials by sponsors to be included in welcome packets
October 7, 2011
- 1:00 – 8:00 am. Booth setup and assembly
- 8:00 – 10:00 am. Exhibitor check-in and welcome. Distribution of scanners.
- 10:30 am – 6:30 pm. Fair open to the public.
- 6:30 – 8:30 pm. Launch Reception for exhibitors, sponsors and special guests at the Convention Center West Lounge.
October 8, 2011
- 9:00 – 10:00 am. Exhibitor check-in and welcome.
- 10:30 am – 6:30 pm. Fair open to the public.
- 6:30 pm – 7:00 pm. Return of scanners and removal of materials by exhibitors.
